Salena Brody, Ph.D. specializes in program evaluation, survey design, statistical analysis, and report writing. She creates Wordwright’s employee satisfaction surveys and analyzes them to determine what data is statistically valid. Her work has been recognized by the Society for Psychological Study of Social Issues, which awarded her two grants. In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Brody teaches university students about statistics, research methods, social psychology, and intergroup relations. She earned her Master's and Ph.D. degrees in social pshychology.

Achievements

• Won the SPSSI Grant-in-Aid award and the Clara Mayo award to fund research in intergroup relations.
• Cofounded the Praxis service-learning program at UC Santa Cruz.
• Developed a research and evaluation program for statewide UC system.
